Nourish & Thive - £150/month - 3 month commitment

Best for ongoing support and lasting change

This is the core of my coaching - designed for mums who want more than a quick fix. Over three months, we’ll work together to create new habits, gently shift mindset patterns, and bring more ease into your everyday eating.

With consistent check-ins and compassionate accountability, you’ll have the support you need to feel nourished, energised and in control - without the guilt or pressure.

What’s included:

  • 1x 90-minute onboarding call

  • Weekly 30-min coaching sessions

  • Ongoing WhatsApp support

  • Tailored, actionable and flexible plans

Nourish Reset - One-Off Consultation - £95

Perfect for a reset, check-in or single challenge

This one-off session is ideal if you’re looking for focussed support on a specific goal or challenge - whether that’s eating well during pregnancy, finding you energy again after birth, or breaking out of survival-mode habits.

You’ll receive:

  • A 90 min discovery and coaching session

  • A personalised food and habit plan tailored to your lifestyle and goals

  • The option to add 7 days WhatsApp support (+£20)

You’ll leave with more clarity, confidence and a realistic plan you can start right away.

And if you decide you’d like ongoing support, you’re welcome to roll this into the Nourish & Thrive package.

Group Coffee & Chats

A relaxed, supportive space where mums can ask questions, share experiences, and get simple, practical nutrition advice - with zero judgement or pressure.

These sessions are designed for real life - whether you’re sleep-deprived, snack-surviving, or just in need of reassurance from someone who gets it.

Perfect for:

  • Antenatal Groups - Learn how to nourish yourself in pregnancy and beyond, with tips to support recovery, energy, and realistic routines.

  • Mum & Baby meetups - Because feeding yourself is just as important. Let’s talk tiredness, snacking, and energy-boosting meals.

  • “Mum’s Moment” groups - whether it’s a quick lunch out or a well-earned catch-up after the kids are finally in bed.

In person (Bromley and surrounding areas)

  • Group flat rate: £70 for up to 10 attendees

  • Per person pricing: £12 per attendee, with a minimum of 5 attendees

Virtual Groups (via Zoom)

  • £10 per person, minimum of 5 attendees

Workshops & Webinars

Interactive, engaging sessions for mums at every stage - from bump to baby to beyond.

These workshops are rooted in real-life motherhood, blending nutritional science with practical strategies that make everyday choices easier - not overwhelming.

Topics could include:

  • Pregnancy Nutrition Essentials - what to eat (and what not to stress about) in each trimester

  • Postnatal recovery and energy support - nourishment for healing, hormones, and the demand of early motherhood

  • Nutrition truths vs. myths for busy mums - real talk about carbs, snacks and “mum guilt”

  • Letting go of food rules - how to ditch the diet pressure and tune in to what you need
